Poppy Seed Strudel

If you like to try something deliciously extraordinary then give this Poppy Seed Strudel a try. Tasting just fabulous, this Poppy Seed Strudel is also gonna amaze you with the ease involved!
Ingredients
  Strudel dough 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine poppy seeds, sugar, lemon rind and milk in the top of a double boiler.
Cook over hot water until slightly thickened.
Add raisins and cool.
Prepare and stretch strudel dough accord- ing to directions.
Brush with melted butter.
Spread poppy seed mixture over 2/3 of the dough.
Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F.) 45 minutes or until browned.
