Swiss Roll With Strawberry Jam

Looking for a sweet treat for a morning breakfast or as a evening snack? Try out this super delicious and jammy classic - Swiss Roll! This recipe is very easy and tastes just amazing.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Warm water 2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon (For Greasing)
  Vanilla essence 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Strawberry jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut powder 2 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)
  Eggs 3 Medium
Directions

Break eggs in a big bowl. Beat eggs for 5 mts until thick and fluffy.
Add 2 tsp of warm water and beat for 3 mts.
Add sugar and beat for 5 to 7 mts.
Sift all purpose flour and baking powder over egg mixture and fold gently using spatula.
Add vanilla essence and fold it in cake mixture.
Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Grease 13*10" baking pan with butter. Pour egg mixture and bake for 15 mts.
Warm strawberry jam gently in a sauce pan over low heat until it becomes warm.
Remove the cake from the over and turn immediately on to wax paper or aluminium foil.
Quickly spread jam over cake.
Roll up from the shot side.
Garnish with coconut powder.
Serve hot or cold with tea or coffee.
