Sherried Marinade

Ingredients
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a glass bottle (with lid), combine all the ingredients. Seal with lid tightly and shake well. Refrigerate.

SERVING
2. Use to marinate and baste beef, mutton, chicken etc.
