Ingredients
  Mutton 1 Pound
  Onion 2 Medium
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Stock/Water 3⁄4 Pint
  Potatoes 2 Pound
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Clean the meat.
2.Wash the onions and cut them in five rings.
3.Cut potato in half and make thick slices.

MAKING
4.Take a saucepan, arrange alternate layers of meat and vegetables into it.
5.Add a sprinkling of salt and pepper to meat.
6.Pour the stock and let the mixture boil after covering.
7.Lower the flame and let the mixture simmer for 1 hour.
8.Add potato pieces and place them on meat and vegetables.
9.Cook for 45 minutes until potatoes are soft.

SERVING
10.Serve the dish after garnishing with parsley.
