Polish Berry Soup
|Fresh blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh blackberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Plain non fat yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1 In a medium-size saucepan, add blueberries, blackberries, water, honey lemon slices, and cinnamon.
2 Gradually, bring to a boil.
3 Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
4 Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
5 Remove the lemon slices.
6 Gently fold in yogurt.
7 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
8 Pour into soup bowls and serve chilled.
