Ingredients
  Canned beets 8 Ounce, drained (1 cup)
  Buttermilk 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, put together all ingredients and process until smooth.

SERVING
2. Heat before serving or serve cold.
