Fried Calf's Brains
|Cold water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (To Cover)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
1.Heat the brains below the boiling point and drain.
2.Take off the membrane.
3.Add cold water to the brains along with a cut garlic clove and cook on medium flame for 20 minutes.
4.Once done, drain and allow the ingredients to settle at room temperature.
5.Take the meat out and cur them into 1/2 inch thick slices.
6.In a fry pan, heat oil and Add the slices in it after rolling over wheat germ.
7.Brown the slices from both side.
8.Once done, add a sprinkling of salt and paprika.
9.Serve hot in a dish.
