Swedish Meat Balls
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream/Evaporated milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Instant minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Season all||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shortening/Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef base||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.Use the cream for soaking the crumbs.
2.Mix the soaked crumbs with beef, egg and seasoning.
3.Make balls of the mixture with 1 1/2 inch diameter.
5.Put the bread crumb balls in it and cookuntil brown.
6.Mix beef flavor base with hot water and put on the meat balls.
7.Cook by simmering for 20 minutes.
8.Serve warm in a dish.
