Breakfast Sausage Egg Baguette

Ingredients
  Baguette 2 Medium
  Country sausage 200 Gram
  Egg 2
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Split the baguette horizontally.

MAKING
2. In a skillet, cook the country sausages, sprinkle salt and pepper, transfer to a plate.
3. In a toaster oven, toast the baguette.
4. The same skillet crack the eggs, sprinkle salt and pepper, cook from both sides.

SERVING
5. Place the sausage and egg in between both the parts of the baguette. Serve hot with coffee.

We had something like this in England and it was wonderful so we wanted to try it. Our sausage in the USA really doesn't make it...

Sausage and egg is filling for a breakfast. If you like, the sausage can be jazzed up with some spices or salt and pepper. The overall combination of the dish is worth trying again and again!
