Swiss Steak With Mustard & Basil

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Season all 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Round steak 3 Pound, cut 3/4 inch thick
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Msg)
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (No. 303 Can)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Make a mixture of salt, season- all, garlic powder, dry mustard, pepper and flour.
2.Apply the mixture well into steak.
3.Chop meat into pieces big enough to serve.

MAKING
4.Heat shortening and cook meat in it until brown.
5.Put onion, green pepper, basil leaves, MSG and tomatoes.
6.Put the lid on and let the ingredients boil.
7.Lower the flame and cook for 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
8.Serve warm.
