Ingredients
  Instant chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shortening 3 Tablespoon
  Beef shoulder 3 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, coarse grind
  Season all 2 Teaspoon
  Anise seeds 6
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Green pepper 1
  Tomatoes 2
  Tomato puree 4 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slices 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut green pepper into medium size pieces.
2.Cut the tomatoes in wedges.

MAKING
3.Heat shortening and brown onions in it.
4.Once done, remove.
5.Put beef and heat it until brown.
6.Make a mixture of paprika, pepper, Season All, anise seed and cayenne.
7.Put the sprinkling of mixture on meat.
8.Put green pepper, tomatoes, tomato puree and water to the meat and mix.
9.Top with bacon strips.
10.Cover the pan and let th eingredients simmer for 2 hours until th emeat gets soft.
11.Put more water if neede.

SERVING
12.Serve the dish over noodles or spatzle.
