Corn and Pepper Stroganoff
|Sausage||4 Ounce (About 3 Links Or 3 Patties)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||17 Ounce, drained (1 No 303 Can)|
|Bell pepper flakes||2 Tablespoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bon appetit||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 Cut sausage into small pieces.
2 In a skillet, fry the sausage until browned.
3 Pour off the fat.
4 Add in drained corn, pepper flakes, MSG, Bon Appetit and tomato sauce; mix well.
5 Simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
6 Allow to cool for a few minutes then stir in sour cream.
7 Return to low heat for about 15 minutes, but do not let it simmer or boil to prevent curdling.
8 Serve hot.
