Corn and Pepper Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Sausage 4 Ounce (About 3 Links Or 3 Patties)
  Canned whole kernel corn 17 Ounce, drained (1 No 303 Can)
  Bell pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bon appetit 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Commercial sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 Cut sausage into small pieces.
2 In a skillet, fry the sausage until browned.
3 Pour off the fat.
4 Add in drained corn, pepper flakes, MSG, Bon Appetit and tomato sauce; mix well.
5 Simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
6 Allow to cool for a few minutes then stir in sour cream.
7 Return to low heat for about 15 minutes, but do not let it simmer or boil to prevent curdling.

SERVING
8 Serve hot.
