Beef And Sherry Stroganoff
|Beef||2 Pound (Sirloin / Tenderloin)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Season all||1 Teaspoon|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.Make bite size strips of beef by cutting.
2.Heat butter and saute beef in it.
3.Put onion, nutmeg, salt, sherry and Season all in it and cook for 20 minutes on low flame after covering.
4.Once done, let the ingredients settle at room temerature.
5.Allow the sour cream also to be at room temperature.
6.Put the cream in beef mixture and cook on low flame or double broiler by not letting it boil.
7.Serve hot with wild rice or buttered noodles.
