|Condensed beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled (1 Can)|
|Canned julienned beets||8 1⁄2 Ounce (Or Diced , 1 Can / 1 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dairy sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Snipped chives||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a bowl combine chilled beef broth, canned beets (with liquid) and lemon juice.
2. Serve in chilled bowls topping each serving with a large dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of snipped chives.
