Russian Rye Bread
|For mustard horseradish butter|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 Stick)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon, drained|
|Round rye bread loaf||1 Pound (Unsliced)|
1.Prepare mustard horseradish butter by mixing butter or margarine with mustard, garlic clove, salt and horseradish in a bowl.
2.Slice the loaf in thickness of 1/2 inch but avoid cutting fully.
3.Apply butter in between the slices and once done wrap it in a foil.
4.Put the grill 3 inches from the coal.
5.Place loaf on it and grill for 15- 20 minutes until warm.
