Ingredients
For sauce
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh dill/2 teaspoon dried dillweed 2 Tablespoon, snipped
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boston lettuce head 1 Small, washed and crisped
  Swedish crisp bread 12 Inch (1 In Number)
  Cucumber 1 Small
  Smoked salmon slice 6
  Lemon 1 , halved
  Shrimp 1 Pound, deveined, shelled, cooked (Medium Sized)
  Fresh dill sprigs/Parsley sprigs 2
Directions

MAKING
1 To Make The Sauce: In a small bowl, add mayonnaise with rest of sauce ingredients, except oil; mix well.
2 Using a rotary beater, or electric mixer gradually beat in oil at low speed until slightly thick.
3 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
4 Remove half of lettuce leaves from head.
5 Shred the remaining lettuce.
6 On a serving platter, sprinkle shredded lettuce over bread.
7 Around the edge of bread, arrange whole lettuce leaves.
8 Score unpeeled cucumber, using tines of fork and slice very thinly.
9 Over shredded lettuce, arrange the cucumber slices.
10 Sprinkle salmon with juice of 1/2 lemon.
11 Cut the other half into wedges.
12 On one half of the bread, arrange the folded over salmon slices.
13 Arrange shrimp on the other half.
14 Pour some sauce over the shrimps.

SERVING
15 Garnish with lemon wedges and dill or parsley sprigs and pass rest of the sauce.
