Ingredients
  Icing sugar 8 1⁄2 Ounce
  Egg whites 4
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a basin, beat the egg whites till stiff.

MAKING
2) Heat a pot of water and allow to simmer.
3) In a bowl, sift the icing sugar and add it to the beaten egg whites.
4) Place the basin over the simmer water and beat the whites and sugar together till thick and firm.

SERVING
5) Add a desired flavor to the meringue and serve.
