|Artificial sweetener||2 Tablespoon|
|Sherry extract||2 Teaspoon|
1) In a top bowl of double boiler, beat together egg yolks, sweetener and sherry extract.
2) Heat the double boiler over simmer, beating egg yolk mixture until stiff and foamy.
3) Just before serving, beat the egg whites until peak consistency and firm.
4) Blend the yolk mixture in egg whites.
5) Serve Tlabagmone warm or cold over desired fruits.
