Russian Salad With Lettuce

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 , shredded
  Cooked and diced potatoes 6 Ounce
  Cooked diced carrots 6 Ounce
  Cooked peas 2 Ounce
  Green beans 2 Ounce, cooked sliced
  Mayonnaise 5 Tablespoon
  Low fat natural yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste (Use As Desired)
Directions

MAKING
1) In separate bowls, arrange the shredded lettuce.
2) In another bowl, combine the diced vegetables with the peas and beans.
3) To this, add the mayonnaise and yogurt.
4) Add salt and pepper to taste.
5) On the lettuce in the bowls, pile this mixture.

SERVING
6) Serve the Russian Salad, garnished with a sprinkling of paprika.
