|Sirloin||1 Pound, put through grinder once|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Anchovy paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Dash|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together, mix thoroughly.
2) Cover and refrigerate for the flavour to blend, until required.
3) Mound the Steak Tartare on a serving platter, surround with the toast points and serve immediately.
