Hot Chicken And Cheese Canapes

Ingredients
  Canned chunk chicken 5 Ounce (Swanson Brand)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crackers/12 bread slices 24
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the broiler on medium

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise with cheese, and hot sauce.
3. Whisk with a fork until smooth.
4. Empty in the Chunk chicken and stir in with celery and parsley.
5. Mix thoroughly.
6. Spread the mixture on crackers or canapé toasts.
7. Arrange on a baking sheet and place under the boiler.
8. Let the cheese melt and brown in specs.
9. Serve immediately.

SERVING
10. Serve the Hot Chicken And Cheese Canapés as an appetizer.
