Ingredients
For lamb beef and chicken
  Chopped fresh rosemary 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Large, minced
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon/Lime 1 , finely grated
For fish
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Dried dill 2 Teaspoon
  Mild paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For pork
  Chopped fresh thyme/2 teaspoons dried thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh sage/1 teaspoon dried sage 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice/Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Directions

MAKING
1. Select the list of ingredients as per the food you are marinating.
2. In a bowl stir together the ingredients and mix well.
3. Use immediately or refrigerate in a tightly covered jar for up to 2 days.

SERVING
4. Prepare the food with the marinade and serve hot to get the best taste.
