Swiss Eggs in a Shell
|Shredded emmentaler cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Buttered bread slice||7|
|Cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 Tablespoon|
1.Preheat the oven to 47f degrees.
For the shell
2.Take a 9 inch (23 cm.) pie plate, arrange the bread on it in the shape of pinwheel with overlapping slices.
3.Put the last slice on the center of the shell and put the shell in preheated oven.
4.Let the shell heat for 5 minutes.
5.Take the shell out and lower the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees.
6.Add grated cheese on the shell.
7.Break the eggs on it and add a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
8.Top the egg with cream and add grated Parmesan cheese on top.
9.Bake the eggs for 10 minutes until firm.
10.Serve egg with shell immediately.
