|Powdered ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Brandy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oranges||2 , peeled and thinly sliced|
|Peach||1 , peeled and sliced|
|Cubed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), hulled and halved|
Dissolve ginger in brandy.
Combine oranges, peach, pineapple and strawberries.
Pour brandy over the fruit.
Chill for about 3 hours.
Arrange on lettuce leaves to serve.
