Baked Fish Armenian Style
|Special oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Diced onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sea bass slice||2 Pound (6 Slices)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peeled chopped tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced lemons||2|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet with ovenproof handle; saute the onions 10 minutes.
Arrange the fish over them and season with the salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar.
Add the water and cover fish with the tomatoes and lemon slices.
Sprinkle with the remaining oil.
Cover and bake in a 375° oven 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with the parsley.
