1. In small bowl, beat eggs until frothy; in large bowl combine flour, salt; make well in center; beat in eggs, milk until large bubbles show on surface; cover bowl; refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Preheat 10-inch Gourmet Style Fry Pan with metal handle over medium heat 2 minutes or until drops of water dance on dry pan surface; saute sausages 8 minutes or until browned; remove from heat; pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat.
3. Beat batter again; pour immediately into heated pan over sausages; bake 20 minutes at 425°F., then reduce to 375°F.; continue baking 10 minutes longer or until pudding has risen, is golden brown; serve immediately with maple syrup.
