Meringue

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat whites stiff.
Slowly add sugar and continue to beat.
Add salt and vanilla and beat until peaks are formed.
Place meringue on pie and swirl with spatula or back of spoon.
A teasp of cold water added to an egg white before beating doubles the quantity of meringue.
