Swiss Steak With Tomatoes
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Beef round steak||2 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 , chopped|
|Canned whole tomatoes||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
1 Combine flour and seasonings in shallow dish. 1Coat meat in seasoned flour; pound into meat. Place meat in water-soaked clay pot. Place onion and green pepper over meat. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Cover with water-soaked lid.
2 Microwave 10 minutes on HIGH. Rearrange meat pieces; recover.
3 Microwave 55 to 60 minutes on 5 (MEDIUM), or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. 4 to 6 Servings
