Dutch Peppered Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 (Tender One)
  Spring onion 2
  Carrot 1
  Green chili 1
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capsicum 1
Directions

Chop fine cabbage, onion and green chilli.
Grate carrot.
Place vegetables in a bowl.
Mix salt, sugar, cream and vinegar and add to vegetables.
Mix and toss well.
Garnish with strips of capsicum.
