Broiled Fish with Lemon Slices or Tartar Sauce
|Fish fillets||36 Ounce (6 Fillets Of 6 Ounce Or 150 Grams Each)|
|Vegetable oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Oyster sauce/Terriyaki sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Tartar sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Brush fish with oil and arrange oiled side down on rack in pan lined with foil, shiny side down.
Brush with oyster sauce.
Broil about 3 inches (8 cm) from heat for 5 minutes or until dark golden and fish flakes easily with fork.
Arrange fillets on heated platter and garnish with lemon slices or serve with tartar sauce.
