Broiled Fish With Lemon Slices Or Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 36 Ounce (6 Fillets Of 6 Ounce Or 150 Grams Each)
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce/Terriyaki sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Tartar sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 6
Directions

Brush fish with oil and arrange oiled side down on rack in pan lined with foil, shiny side down.
Brush with oyster sauce.
Broil about 3 inches (8 cm) from heat for 5 minutes or until dark golden and fish flakes easily with fork.
Arrange fillets on heated platter and garnish with lemon slices or serve with tartar sauce.
