Russian Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked carrots 2 , diced
  Cooked potatoes 2 , diced
  Cooked green peas 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked french beans 2 Tablespoon, cut into pieces
  Cooked beetroot 1⁄2 Small, diced
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Gherkin 1 , chopped
  Anchovy fillets 4
Directions

1. Put all the vegetables together in a bowl.
2. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten well.
3. Put into a salad bowl and garnish with the gherkin and anchovy fillets.
