Sour Cream Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Reduced fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, rinsed, patted dry
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet pickles 4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and mayonnaise, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. This sauce is a natural accompaniment for fried, baked, or broiled fish and seafood and is also a great topping for seafood salads.
