Spicy Russian Dressing

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red caviar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced chives/Green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Minced sweet green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Drained pimientos 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a medium-size bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving time or for up to 5 days. Drizzle over hamburgers, fish, vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
