Portuguese Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Dried red beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt pork 1⁄4 Pound, cut into thick slices
  Potatoes 3 , peeled, diced
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Beef bouillon/3 bouillon cubes 3 Teaspoon
Directions

In slow-cooking pot, soak beans in water overnight.
Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
