Beef Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 3⁄4 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Steak sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Ketchup 1 Teaspoon
  Canned beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Dry onion soup mix 1 5⁄8 Ounce
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, place the meat with the salt, pepper, steak sauce, crumbs and the egg till combined well
2) Using the hands, shape the meat into 18 balls
3) In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and then sauté the beef balls in the butter
4) Lower the flame and then simmer the meat balls for 10 minutes
5) Using a slotted spoon, remove the beef balls and keep aside on absorbent paper
6) To make the sauce, into a skillet, add the beef drippings and the butter
7) Add in the mushroom and sauté till soft
8) Take off from the heat and add in the ketchup
9) Tip in the ketchup and add in the onion soup mix
10) Tip in the beef balls and allow to simmer for 5minutes
11) Add in the sour cream and gently heat through

SERVING
12) Serve warm with some warm rice or pasta
