Ingredients
  Applesauce 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Natural / Chunky)
  Oat bran hot cereal 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), uncooked (Quaker)
  Oats 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked (Quaker, Quick / Old Fashioned)
  Unsweetened apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Serve cold or hot with skim milk or low fat yogurt, if desired.
