Bold Beef Stroganoff
|Thinly sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced mushrooms||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Beef flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, thinly slices across the grain (1 Piece)|
|Steak sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot cooked noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion in 1 tablespoon margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms; cook just until tender.
Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, brown meat in batches in remaining margarine.
Return meat and vegetables to skillet.
Stir in steak sauce.
Heat to boil; reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve immediately over noodles.
