Bold Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Beef flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, thinly slices across the grain (1 Piece)
  Steak sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion in 1 tablespoon margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms; cook just until tender.
Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, brown meat in batches in remaining margarine.
Return meat and vegetables to skillet.
Stir in steak sauce.
Heat to boil; reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve immediately over noodles.
