Crunchy Swiss N Ham Snacks
|Ground fully cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (stiff)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 cup)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed cornflakes||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle.
Shape into 1 -in balls; roll in cornflakes until coated.
Place in a lightly greased 15-in x 10-in x 1 -in baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
