Marinated Mozzarella Cubes

Ingredients
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Pound, cut into cubes
  Roasted red peppers To Taste, cut into pieces
  Thyme 6
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rosemary 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Italian seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Bread/Crackers 1
Directions

In a quart jar with a tight-fitting lid, layer a third of the cheese, peppers, thyme and garlic.
Repeat layers twice.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, rosemary, Italian seasoning and pepper flakes; mix well.
Pour into jar; seal and turn upside down.
Refrigerate overnight, turning several times.
Serve with bread or crackers.
