Ingredients
  Pork butt 1 , cut into pieces
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rock salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper red 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Bay leaves 2
  Cloves 10
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Make a marinade by combining together all the ingredients (except for the pork).
2) In a plastic bag, put the marinade and soak the pork in it for about a week (place in the fridge). During the week, keep turning the bag every once in a while.

MAKING
3) In the crock-pot (slow cooker), cook the pork in the marinade till it appears to be cooked but is still not falling apart. This is usually done a day before serving.
5) When ready to serve, bake the pork in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, stirring the meat well so that it evenly browns on all sides. This will make the pork crusty on the outside and soft on the inside.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
