Beef Sirloin Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Beef sirloin 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Beef bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Remove the fat from the beef and cut into strips an inch and a half wide and two inches long; dredge them in two tablespoons of flour mixed with salt

MAKING
2. In a skillet, heat butter over high heat and brown the onions, mushrooms and garlic briskly; add the meat and brown it as well
3. Sprinkle the rest two tablespoons of flour over the meat, add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce and cool till it comes to a boil
4. Place it over hot water in a pan, add sour cream and heat it for another few minutes; make the water it is kept is hot, not boiling

SERVING
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with noodles
