Swiss N' Bacon Pinwheels

Ingredients
  White bread slices 2 , toasted
  Enriched white bread slices 2 , lightly toasted
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Swiss cheese 1 Ounce, shredded
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Ounce
  Bacon bits 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Imitation bacon bits 2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Use a rolling pin to roll out the bread slices to as thin as possible. Do not break the bread slices
2. Spread one teaspoon of the margarine on each slice of bread. Set aside covered till required.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F

MAKING
4. In a small bowl, place the cheese and bacon bits and mix well
5. Spread half of this mixture on each slices of toast ensuring that the entire surface is covered
6. Roll each slice of bread tightly
7. Wrap each roll in wax paper and freeze for 30 minutes till chilled

FINALIZING
8. Just before serving, unwrap the bread rolls
9. Cut the rolls into 5 equal pinwheels, securing each pinwheel with a toothpick.
10. Place them on a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes

SERVING
11. Serve hot immediately
