Ingredients
  Fresh strawberries 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemons 3 , juiced
  Brandy 500 Milliliter (2 Liqueur Glasses)
  Cointreau 50 Milliliter (1 Miniature Bottle)
  Beaujolais 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Sauternes 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Soda water 1 Pint (3 - 6 Deciliter)
  Fresh mint sprigs 1 (Few Sprigs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wipe the strawberries and slice.

MAKING
2) In a bowl out the strawberries.
3) Mix sugar, lemon juice, brandy and Cointreau.
4) Let stand to chill for several hours.
5) Mix chilled Beaujolais and Sauternes.
6) Before serving, add some ice cubes and the soda water.

SERVING
7) Garnish with a few sprigs of mint.
