Corn Flake Meringues

Cornflakes meringues are made perfectly with eggs, cornflakes and coconut. They are very good to be served with fruits and cream as a dessert. These meringues are very simple and easy to make and make a delicious dish.
Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Confectioner’s sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Corn flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
2)Slowly, add sugar and salt and continue beating until stiff and satiny.
3)Add coconut, corn flakes, chocolate morsels and vanilla. Beat well.
4)Take a well-greased baking sheet and drop spoonsful on it.
5)Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

SERVING
6)Serve the coconut meringues when desired.
