Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 3 Teaspoon, softened
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Currants 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Buttermilk/Sour milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2) Sift all the dry ingredients and cut in the margarine.
3) Add the fruits and knead.
4) Grease a 9" pan and evenly spread the mixture.
5) Cut across the top with a sharp knife.
6) Bake in 350°F oven 30-40 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve warm and immediately to enjoy the taste.
