Ingredients
  Scallion 1 , trimmed and cut into chunks, white and green parts
  Scallions 1 , trimmed and cut into chunks (White And Green Parts)
  Sour dill pickle 2 Ounce (Or 1 Small)
  Sour dill pickle slices 2 Ounce (1 Small Sized)
  Parsley leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Packed In Water, Two 8 Ounce Each Cans)
  Fresh parsley leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Packed)
  Regular mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or Low-Fat)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Regular Or Low Fat)
  Creole mustard/Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Mince the scallion, pickle, and parsley in a food processor or blender. Combine with the mayonnaise and mustard, and season with salt and the cayenne pepper.
