Ingredients
  Mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Corn oil 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken livers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole grain bread 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced
  Green peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

MAKING
2. In a skillet, saute msuhrooms and onion in oil and add a few drops of water to prevent scorching
3. When onions turn translucent, add chicken livers and stir till no longer red outside and pink inside
4. In a bowl, add finely chopped livers and mix with bread cubes and all the rest of the ingredients
5. Add this mixture into a lightly greased Bundt pan or ring mold and bake for forty five minutes until brown

SERVING
6. Fill centre with boiled peas, glaze Pate ring with Cood Gravy and serve; extra gravy can be served on the side
