Ingredients
  Canned beef consomme 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned beets 1 Pound, chilled (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Pepper To Taste
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Place first 5 ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chill and serve garnished with sour cream.
Makes 4 servings.
