Poppy Seed Rolls

Ingredients
  Yeast cake/1 tablespoon instant yeast 1
  Boiled milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lukewarm water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C)

MAKING
2) Make a dough by mixing the yeast cake, milk and water well.
3) Divide this into two parts and roll it thin so that the filling can be spread well.
4) Make a filling by mixing the margarine, sugar, salt, orange rind and flour
5) Spread with filling on the thin rolls
6) With egg whites slightly beaten, brush the rolls on the surface
7) Roll up with the filling inside the roll (just like jelly roll)
8) Brush again with the egg whites
9) Now bake the rolls at 350°F for about 30 minutes

SERVING
10) Serve hot and crisp
