Ingredients
  Potato 5 Cup (80 tbs), thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  2% low fat milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Parsley/Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In bottom of heavy pot add thinly sliced potatoes, chopped onion, celery, salt and cold water and cook until onions are almost transparent and vegetables are tender.
2. Mash thoroughly in liquid or put in blender, add butter, milk and parsley and heat almost to boiling point.

SERVING
3. Serve at once.
